BIO:

Luis grew up in Wilmington where he went on to win a city title with Banning High School. He then went to Cal State Dominguez Hills where he went on to win the 2000 National Championship and then become the runner up the following year. Luis has coached previously at Banning High School and has been coaching the men’s soccer program at L.A. Harbor College since 2002. He is also the women’s head coach at L.A. Harbor College as well as the girl's varsity coach at Chadwick School.
